			<title>New Look</title>
			<link>http://joomlicious.com/Site-News/New-Look.html</link>
			<description>
In preparation for future extensions, we have created a new template to help organize our site. The new template is a brighter, crisper take on our old template. As well as the new look, we have added a new documentation section, which is still under construction. The documentation will also be available within our new extensions.

We are also nearing a release of the new My Content component. Having undergone several rewrites, we have finally reached agreement upon this version. It is a powerful ajax driven component that extends Joomla&amp;#39;s current ACL and provides an intuitive work environment. We will list all the features soon.

However, in lieu of the current licensing issues with Joomla (http://www.joomla.org/content/view/3510/1/) , the actual release may be postoned until we are sure how we should license it.

FYI - we are still working out some kinks in the new template, so it may not look right in all browsers just yet (sorry IE6).

			<link>http://joomlicious.com/Extension-News/JCE-Plugin-EditArea.html</link>
			<description>
Edit HTML through JCE without tabbing to the save button every 4 keystrokes.

Thanks to the extrodinary efforts of Christophe Dolivet, EditArea lets us do just that. We ported his editor to an installable JCE plugin.

Check out our Product Page (index.php?option=com_content task=view id=55 Itemid=25) for more details

			<title>Replace Contact Component Image with Google Map</title>
			<link>http://joomlicious.com/Core/Replace-Contact-Component-Image-with-Google-Map-6.html</link>
			<description>
This hack replaces the standard contact image with an interactive Google map.

   Before we start, lets have a quick overview of what we&amp;#39;ll be doing.
We are going to add some parameters to the Contact Details of the
standard contact component. These parameters will be Enabled, Key, Width, Height, Longitude, and Latitude. If you enable the map, it will overwrite any image that has been selected for the contact item.

    First, Download the Archive (component/option,com_docman/task,cat_view/gid,23/Itemid,33/). Unzip at Joomla installation root.

    The following directions explain how to get a google api key for your site and other nitty gritty to get this thing running correctly.

			<title>Still Under Construction</title>
			<link>http://joomlicious.com/Site-News/Still-Under-Construction.html</link>
			<description>
    Just wanted to put something up here to say that we have been working on some new components and finishing up this site. Barring any further interruptions (such as the recent demise of my external hard drive and a recent bout with frighteningly complicated legacy client work) we should have everything in place to start releasing some neat stuff soon.

         Here is what you can look forward to: A new frontend link management component with a fast ajax based interface. I&amp;#39;ve been testing it and it really cranks. Once the administration page is clearly realized and some better authorization checks are in place, it will be one of the first components for our Charter member area.

    We will also resume development of the myContent component. We have had many suggestions and realized several limitations with the current framework. The existing version will be cleaned up for better integration with the current Joomla! release. In addition, we will be making a Plus version only available for charter members. This version will include a slew of new features including menu linking, front-page ordering, and full control of content parameters.

    Thanks to everyone that has supported our current components, and keep an eye out for our new extensions coming soon!
